Issue 1: Impact of dyslexia on acquisition of second language

 

Task 1.1 - Difficulties experienced

  • Listen to the concerns of pupils and parents expressed in the first term of S1
  • Use the table below to list the key difficulties for pupils with dyslexia in each of the four areas of language
  • In some cases the difficulties do not appear to relate specifically to the four areas. In this case try to extrapolate the key issues and list under 'other contributing factors'
